Warranty

If there is a conformity defect in the product you purchased from us, the customer can claim the legal guarantee. Normal wear and tear is excluded from this warranty. All parts, which need to be replaced as a result of a defect, will be shipped free of charge or installed if necessary.

The warranty period starts on the day of delivery. Goods will be returned during the warranty period at our expense. Returned items must be packed in the original, undamaged packaging.

Repair

Would you like to have items repaired by our service department? That is certainly possible.

If the products are still within the warranty period, they can be sent to us free of charge. If the warranty period is over, you can still have these goods repaired by us. The transport costs will then be charged.

When the quotation is drawn up, a file cost of € 65 excluding VAT will be charged. This cost is cancelled if you have the repair carried out.
