Our prices exclude VAT and are subject to change.

Transport costs are not included in our prices.

FRANCO delivery is available for a minimum purchase of €500 excluding VAT, with delivery of the order within the BENELUX and to the business address.

From April 1, 2025, dropshipping will only be possible with a minimum purchase of €600 excluding VAT. For dropshipping a transport and handling fee of €50 excluding VAT will be charged per shipment, regardless of the amount.

Delivery of goods

Delivery of goods smaller or equal than a standard EU pallet includes unloading from the truck. It is not foreseen to deliver the goods to the doorstep, nor on a floor.

For heavier or larger products, which exceed the dimensions of a standard EU pallet, the delivery service does not include unloading from the truck. This must be carried out by the customer with the necessary lifting and/or transport equipment, such as a forklift truck.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that this phase of the delivery is carried out correctly.

The delivery does not include installation or commissioning of the product. This can be ordered as an optional extra.

Checking the delivery

Checking the condition of the packaging : If the packaging is obviously damaged at the time of receipt, we ask the customer to make a reservation to the delivery driver or even refuse the package before opening the delivery.

These reservations and detailed complaints must be communicated to the delivery driver and us immediately and in writing.

Inspection of the delivered goods : If the parcel is in good condition, but on opening it, it appears that the product is damaged or does not correspond in type or quality to specifications mentioned on the order, we ask the customer to report this to our customer service department via the contact form within 48h of receiving the goods. We will confirm the receipt of any complaint as soon as possible and look for a solution.
