Which products are covered by outlet?
An outlet product can be either a new product that is being sold out, a demo model or a product with damaged packaging. The product is always inspected by our service department and only if it is in good condition will it enter our outlet.
An outlet product exists in the states listed below. These states are specified in the title of the product:
Sale
This is a completely new product, only we have decided to stop this range in the future. Therefore, we are offering these products at an extra discount for you.
Original packaging missing
The original packaging of these products is missing or slightly damaged. The product is still in perfect condition. We provide complete new packaging so that this product can reach you safely.
Demo model
These products have been used as a demo model in our showroom. These products may have slight signs of use, such as a scratch or dent. Our service department guarantees that these products are still fully functional.
How is the price of an outlet item determined?
The discount on an outlet item is determined based on the condition of the item. It is not possible to negotiate this price.
How will my outlet product be packed?
The packaging may be opened, damaged or repacked by our service department in certain states. We always make sure the product gets to you safely, either in the original or in new packaging.
How will my outlet product be delivered?
For your outlet products, you can count on the same quality of delivery as for new products. Outlet products can also be collected from our warehouse, just like new products (Patrick Wagnonlaan 7, 7700 Mouscron, BE).
What warranty do I have on my outlet product?
On outlet products, we provide a warranty period of 1 year. The guarantee period starts at the time of delivery. Outside this one-year period, we do not accept returns of outlet products.
Do you experience a problem with your outlet product during the guarantee period? Then we will bear the transport costs for the return. Returned items must be packed in solid packaging.
